hmms. it does makes loads of sense i would say..

definition of enthusiasm:
for me, it means to come for acts, to love np from the bottom of your heart, and to at least put in significant effort for np?
i know, definitions differ, and people may not agree with me. but still, i must say that putting in effort is the least that you can do for being enthu right?

as for the stuff that we organise, like chalets and bbq stuff, i mean its not voluntary.
since we're supposed to organise them. but we dont force yall, do we?
there are things that we'll try our best to do ourselves, within our means.
we ask yall to help because we need yall, not just for the sake of asking.
and as part of the squad, yall are supposed to play your part, aint you?
and of course, if yall wont come for self-organised drill pracs, we cant do anything, can we?
i agree that yall have a choice whether to come or not to come. so yea, we dont force, we persuade, even though yall find us irritating/naggy.
i would say at least we took the trouble to ask yall, cuz we still cared for yall as squadmates.
yall may think that those pracs, mass studying may not help and are useless in the sense, but i would say at least we're trying. other than being enthu, there's still bonding.
when we do things together, we talk, we bond better, dont we?

and of course, we're not trying to say that introverts who dont talk at all aint enthu AT ALL.
just that you know we have to shout in np.
its part of np, something you just have to do.
as in, we're just trying to get yall to like, shout more at appropriate times, in other sense, be more 'enthu'.
p/s. we dont like being split up, during pt. yall may think that we're slacking while yall are like super hiong. but we dont like it, we dont like our squad being split up just because yall dont shout. it's not supposed to be like that.

i think most of us will be very happy if yall will come to act willingly, not forced and looking all unwilling. and of course, shout when you're supposed to. we're all shouting with yall, there isnt anything embarrassed or hard about it since we're all in this with yall. i know yall need time to like, become more 'enthu'. but still, i must say that there's not much time left. promos coming, nco-ship coming. it's not going to be easy when the time comes. we'll have to prepare for it. im sure if yall are willing to try, im sure theres gonna be a difference.no matter how insignificant its gonna be, a difference IS a difference. as in we just need a few of yall to start it. influence each other. that happens to the girls too, we do influence each other, encourage each other to come for act. most of us come for acts because of squadmates. yall can too, if yall are willing to. we may not be the perfect squadmates yall can have, people all have their positive and negative points. if yall need us to change, tell us, straight in the face or anything. at least tell us what we need to change. we're more than willing to have a HTHT with yall, like thrash out everything instead of blogging everything. it would be much better. but it'll only work out if yall are willing to coorperate with us in the sense.

and i crapped a whole lot of crap answering them.
i apologise if i sounded wrong/offensive/rude up there.
and most of all, im not trying to like, say that yall are wrong and we're always right.
